Quality means engaging our targets

The company’s operational system consists of the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems as well as the ISO 14001 environmental management system.

The operating system is a combination of the company’s operations and procedures – which aim to guide activities so that the resulting products and services fully match customer needs – government regulations, and other stakeholder requirements, at an appropriate price.

Likewise, the company’s activities aimed at its various stakeholders must fulfil specific requirements. As our suppliers we choose companies that operate ethically and follow sustainable development principles and methods.

The corner stones of the management system are the strategy and values of the company: client-centred, profitability and continuous development of operations. Our operation is based on confidentiality, transparency and cost-efficient cooperation benefitting all parties.

The operating system aims to prevent errors as early as possible as well as to take previous experience into consideration. The system must also adapt quickly to new situations and changing circumstances. It aims at self-controlled quality, which means that each employee at the company is responsible for the quality of his or her own work.

Feedback that the company receives about its activities will serve as an activator for continuing development. The company’s total commitment to maintaining and further increasing customer satisfaction is seen as a long-term goal, a strategy, to which all staff commits.

The company’s management team has set operational quality objectives that enable the company to continue to develop its own comprehensive quality know-how and knowledge base, as well as to improve customer satisfaction with the goal of reaching profitability and growth for the company. Quality goal setting takes into account previous targets and their achievement, continuous improvement and business development that guide and lead the parameters along with their impact on achieving future objectives.
